Frequently Asked Questions
How frequently are the Group Calls?
The group calls take place on a Monday afternoon every other week. If we need to change the date of a call (for example if it's a bank holiday), we'll let you know with lots of notice.
Can I Ask anything on the call or via email?
Yes, you can ask anything GDPR or Information Security related. Some businesses use Your GDPR Advisor to work out where the gaps are in their compliance, whereas others just ask specific questions as they arise.
Do I need to come to every call?
No, you can just come to the call when you have a question to ask. You don't need to come to every call, although you can learn a lot from others questions.
How do you ensure confidentilaity on a call
We recognise that sometimes your question may relate to a specific person or sensitive issue, so you can ask to go into a breakout room and we'll answer your question there. It will be confidential.
Are the calls recorded?
No, the calls will not be recorded. We may use some of the questions asked on the calls to create our Frequently Asked Question Section but this would be anonymised.
How does the email support work?
The email support means you can send a question to the email address we provide you with and then one of the team will respond, usually within 1 working day but usually quicker. They may need to get more information to be able to provide you with a full response, so may contact you with further questions.
Can we pay for one month at a time?
Yes, you are welcome to subscribe and pay for one month at a time. However, if your payment lapses, so will access to Your GDPR Advisor.
